Finally we get to our SIXTH biggest risk of opening a sweepstakes Internet cafe. The problem is that of
EMPLOYEE THEFT due to LACK OF CONTROLS. This scenario is very common and is a leading reason that some Internet cafes struggle or go out of business. Remember when we talked about the three most important elements for opening a successful Internet cafe business? One of those elements is hiring GREAT employees. Unfortunately, not everyone can be trusted. Your sweepstakes software must have excellent reporting tools, thereby allowing you to monitor the activity in your store 100% of the time. If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it!

The problem that can occur is that employees figure out the weaknesses in your reporting system.
